Avalanche occurred on February 8, 2024. Reported that the first person onto the slope triggered the avalanche as the second person entered the slope. At least one person rode to the bottom of the debris with the avalanche but was not injured or buried. Group was able to ski out on their own. It appears to be a wind-loaded pocket but unsure of the failure layer. A reminder that if possible, please report any avalanches that occur near ski areas to the local ski patrol so that they know what happened and whether or not anyone needs assistance.
