Bow NE bowl

Skied the more mellow NE bowl on bow peak. Access was quick other than getting up the last steep S slope to the top of the line. Ski crampons where 100% necessary and skinning was pretty brutal on the steeper slope. When we topped out on the ridge we ate some lunch and scoped our cornice guarded entry. We ended up just jumping off the cornice because the outrun and snow below looked great and the cornice was well supported and not overhung. Snow in the line was awesome dry powder and some minor loose dry sluffing. When we got to the base of the line we transitioned back to skins and started up towards the mini couloir lookers right of the bowl. We quickly realized things where starting to heat up and pulled the plug.
