We dug two pits today as part of an AST 2 with KBG. One pit had no result on either ECT or CT. The other had no result on ECT, but a result on the CT: hard resistant planar, down 25cm, on top of the crust we were skiing on. (Due to a very hard, thick crust at the bottom of the snowpack we were only able to isolate columns to 150cm.) Overall, skiing exceeded our expectations—great day!
