A lazy morning had us starting up the climb at noon. Excellent, plastic ice on all 3 pitches — though there was a thick onion skin on lower angle sections. The snow ledges between pitches were deep (sinking nearly to our waists in spots), be prepared to wallow! Lots of spindrift today with wind picking up in the afternoon. There was debris below P2 and P3 from dry loose avalanches coming down the gully in the last couple days, certainly enough to knock a climber off their feet. We did not climb the steeper P3 alternate to the left, but it looks like it goes. Stellar day out!
