Found good riding above 1800m near Corbin. Plenty of new storm snow made for good riding but some touchy slabs with whumphing noted near treeline and some small natural slabs observed. Hand shears showed a mix of soft and hard slabs over basal facets at lower elevations, and higher elevations had nice powder over a supportive crust. HS approx 125cm at 2100m, though significant variation seemed apparent in wind affected areas.
