Skied a few laps around outhouse hill. The light was very flat so it made our skiing options a bit limited, but the snow was great. There was a nice big layer of powder on top of the same old consolidated storm snow. No shooting cracks, no whumpfing, when tested it was a VERY solid snow pack ( it did not fail until we pryed it with a shovel from the back). Details if you are interested: Single Point Pit Air temp: -6c Cloudy/light-heavy fresh snow Boot pen. : 1ft, Ski pen.: 6in, 90-120cm deep snow PST & ECT: No failure or propagation until pried with shovel from behind the block, it then jumped out at the layer between 30-35cm (ice layer)
