Weather
Slightly cooler temps, less overnight cloud-cover and recent winds may have helped to calm the melt-down - slightly.
Snowpack
Paths continue to lose volume at a rapid rate. South of Silverton only Coal Creek and a small portion of Jenny Parker South could have an affect on the road. Otherwise we are close to "None" hazard here. North of Silverton, only one or two of the Brooklyns have the snow to affect the hwy and these are becoming less & less likely daily. A corner of Silver Ledge Mine could make it to the road. Blue point is shrinking at both ends. Mother Cline lost a much of it's ice today and more rock is showing. E. Riverside So could splash a thin layer of snow onto the road. Along with a few protected cut-banks, there's minimal snow left to affect Hwy 550.
Avalanche
Only a few minor sluffs from south-facing rock bands
