Snowing and potent 2+ inches per hour at some hours and light winds enabling storm slab production ... about 34 degrees with winds out of the nw at about 10-12mph

>2 feet of new snow at around timberline. Heavy spring snow.
Avalanche
No surface hoar observed yet unstable conditions exist as a result of week old sun crust layer. No pit was dug this week but last week there was no evidence of a deep persistent slab on a similar aspect, if lower elevation pit.
