Among witnessing many of the problems that have been talked about ad nauseum on here, we also witnessed the development of a feathery layer of surface hoar (some crystals were as big as 15mm). This is definitely a layer to keep your eyes on as a new storm rolls in. Aspect: NW Elevation: Near treeline
