Snowpack

Overall, things are not changing very quickly. Shady slopes near and below treeline remain faceted, cohsionless and very weak, though hold very little tension nor slab. Trap-door conditions there. Some exposed areas had thin breakable wind crusts from Saturday's wind, but not thick enough to cause major problems. More exposed areas were heavily damaged by the weekend wind event. Westerly slopes near and above treeline and most ridgelines are scoured. Lee areas don't seem particularly fat- much of the snow likely sublimated- though there are lots of smooth surface windslabs out there. Some of these slabs are supportive, others thinner and breakable. Highly variable! The snowpack is looking quite anemic.
