Weather

Temps at ridgeline still remain below zero, but in Silverton they have risen to close to 10 deg at my house. The warmest temps since the 11th I believe. The real story is the winds. Peak gust at the Eagle weather station was 94 mph in the 08:00 hour and averages are 30-40mph.

Snowpack

North winds have increased dramatically today to the point where significant transport is raising the BC hazard on southerly aspects and cross-loaded east and west aspects. The available snow for transport on northerly aspects is abundant and the only positive is the lack of snow that was present before north winds began on southerly aspects.
