Avalanche

Large avalanche that slid to the ground on Parkview Mountain was observed through viewfinder approximately 3 miles away from the town of Walden. Avalanche crown is large enough to be seen without binoculars from 25 miles away. Windloading with the last few storms appears to be a factor, and similar W-NW aspects on Rawah and Never Summer mountains had obviously sloughed in the previous days. I saw nothing else like the large crown and size of this slide.
