Clear skies, calm on treed ridge; don't know about above treeline. Warm in sun; cool in shade.

Snowpack

Effects of mild weather much more aspect-dependent than elevation-dependent. Ski crampons will help on refrozen uptracks.

Avalanche

One more recent looking slab on shoulder of Ski Hayden, possibly a Wind Slab avalanche from the weekend. One crown visible looker's right of S Highland Bowl that I didn't notice last week. Also a possible WSa, because on lee side of knob that would criss-loaded in NW'erly winds.
