Weather

Thin, high clouds. Light winds w some audible gusts up high. Warm but not sweltering.

Snowpack

Sunday night's snow (<2") cooking down on shady slopes, as is lg surface hoar from Sunday. Transition to spring snowpack underway on low-elevation slopes. Higher slopes have distinct persistent weak layers.

Avalanche

Several recent WL slides D1-D1.5 in steep, northerly gullies above I70 in Glenwood. None observed in vicinity of tour.
