Mostly clear, gusty light to moderate winds below ridgeline. Definite occasional wind transport occurring at T/L & ridgetops. Pennants & plumes of snow noted. Most snow above t/l was significantly wind effected. 11,200 ft, aspect: NW, East of N. Diamond Peak

No significant cracking, whumpfing noted. New snow starting to wind slab up. Unable to find last weeks sfc hoar layer in tests. see profile
