Weather

Clear skies, cool temps, increasing winds as the morning progressed (SW 20-30) at TL. Not much snow transport- maybe Thursday's very strong winds moved most of the available snow.

Snowpack

No signs of instability. Observed several old WLNR2D2 originating from steep rocky areas on E and W aspects. Test pit (E at 11000') CTMQ3 failures in top 30cm (ECTN). 60cm down 1f/4f slab resting on small NSF sitting on a P wind slab, but no test failures there. Still waiting for a windy high density storm for widespread avalanching.
