WEATHER: Stupid warm, strong solar presence and high temps all day.

SNOWPACK: Bring on the spring, skiing has hit a corn cycle! At noon at treeline the snow was holding temperature well. Tair- 3º, Tsurf 0º, T10 -3.1º, T20 -3.8º. At 1300 skiing at treeline skiing was supportive and awesome, with 5-10cm of corn snow. Below treeline it became increasingly less supportive. Bottom 500 vertical to road had zero support, kind of like waterskiing in a sense, if you loose your speed you sink... TERRAIN: Skied the glades into Evans basin to the road and poled out. Made it to the road just in time due to rapidly warming temperatures. Skintrack was in pretty bad shape in many sections, especially in the shade. Had to use a shovel to enhance many of the switchbacks and traverses.
