Weather

Snowy, some graupel. And wind. There was weather.

Snowpack

yes, there was some snow. HS about 80 cm... near tree line on ENE aspect. some type of ice like layer about 35 cm from ground. Some type of square like faceted things beneath this ice like layer. 40 cm of 1F to 4f above said ice-like weirdness. Ice layer was about 0.5 cm thick.
