I experienced collapsing on the upper skin track as it levels off near the radio towers. This is the area which is West(ish) facing and the skin track was firmly established. I also experienced the same on East facing aspects of a small South facing gully below treeline just above the lower Lobo parking lot coming down off Lobo.
