Snowpack

Pretty grim. Have not seen this shallow a snowpack along the west side of the Sangre de Cristos in mid-March before. South and west aspects to ridge lines essentially burned off with few exceptions (Thirsty Peak). Gully features had thin ribbons of snow which may still see some wet loose activity. North aspects were doing a little better, but even these looked to have been wind battered. No sign of avalanche activity, wet or dry.
