High Temp in the valley hit 40F and 27F at ridge top, solar radiation was minimal. Winds were strong from the SW with extreme gusts. It warmed up quickly early in the day but cloud cover and winds kept it cool. Widespread wind and Sun crusts with a little window of surfaces warming but never really softened. No signs of instability and no avalanche activity.
