Deep in the Southern Purcells

We sought out one of the deeper snowpack areas in the southern Purcells today and were able to look down at Kootenay Lake at one point. Snowpack depth ranged from about 250 to 300 cm around 2000 m. We are continuing to avoid steep and rocky terrain and we didn't want to jump on any big features. But, we had a ton of fun working trees, carving pow and poking our heads in the snow.
