Down in the trees, the SW/Westerly winds were very calm, in the alpine we saw some wind transport from the ridge tops, there was swirling winds in meadows. Heavy snowfall at times today with small visibility breaks. Shooting cracks were identified on wind affected ridges. We saw one larger avalanche (size 2) in the alpine that looked cornice triggered.
