We attempted to check out some of the higher elevations today but were met with the Renshaw typhoon winds gusting up to 60km/h. Once we got out of those winds we found the goods, 50-60 cm of snow from the last few days made for some amazing riding. We did see several avalanches both natural and sledder triggered. There was some stucks, laughing, smiles and a few expletives all helping us describing the day.
Avalanche
Saw multiple avalanches today two that looked like they were triggered but riders in the zone and 2 natural avalanches. All 4 were size 2 and were storm slabs.
