Skied Pocaterra ridge, SE & SW aspects up to 2500m elevation. Found 10-15cm of powder on a supportive (semi supportive above 2450m) crust. Good turns. Crux of the day is the skin track in and out, boot pack proved faster and safer than skinning out. Wind was low at the start of the day but picking up as we left (moderate-strong SW) and saw moderate blowing snow at ridge top. ~1cm surface hoar found at lower elevations, but not above treeline.
