Evidence of sluffing from the day before but didn’t see any new sluffing out there today. The weather warmed significantly during the day but the sun was blocked by hazy clouds. The snow starting to get moist while on the skin up so kept it conservative for only one lap. An earlier start would have allowed for multiple laps.

An obvious warming of the snowpack caused wet heavy snow sticking to our skins on the way up. The slope received morning sun through the broken clouds. We tried to stay in shaded areas as much as possible as the temperature had risen between 10-15 degrees from 6am to 2pm.
