The X couloir was the adventure we excepted it to be. A 30m rap was needed to enter the couloir top down. The top panel had a pretty obvious wind slab that went wall to wall when we entered on rappel. If stability was better, a confident skier would not need a rappel to enter. The choke section in the middle has 2 options at the moment. Skiers left is roughly a 20ft cliff with many options to set up a rappel to get yourself below the cliff, or you can bypass the cliff completely going skiers right of the cliff which is a very steep and narrow passage that required Dow climbing/guid stepping or side steppin .. whatever feels best to you. One you have gotten past the cliff the couloir is tight and crusty until you reach the last 100meters which skied beautifully.
