Kootenay Pass Buzzs Ridge North Aspect

Quick report
Dug a snow pit on the North Aspect of Buzzs Ridge. It was a wind loaded feature at around 2100m. Had a result on a CT21(Q1) down 40cm on the freezing crust layer of last week. This produce some red flags. We ski cut the slope and were able to get the storm snow to propagate on the lower crust layer. It spread about 100m wide and 30-40cm down on a 38 degree slope. It ran sluggish and ran 2/3rds of the slope. Be mindful of leeward faces until more bonding occurs.
