Skied the old runs on forbidden and played it safe due to tons of new snow and high avalanche forecast. Ski penetration ~40cm. Food penetration to the hip! Steeper slopes sluffed when skied but no natural avalanches observed. Road was plowed late afternoon.
Weather
Sun did not make any noteworthy appearance. Cloudy most of the day with gusty winds all afternoon. Approx 5cm fell during the day on top of the recent 70cm ish from the weekend’s storm.
