40-100cm snowpack depth that increases with elevation. There are small surface hoar and facets on the surface of the snowpack. 10-15cm of recent snow is now heavily faceted and overlies a layer of 10-15mm surface hoar (November 22nd). Below the surface hoar layer is 10cm of 1-2mm facets sitting on a 1-2cm thick crust which formed in early November. The bottom of the snowpack is mostly 1-2mm facets. Of note was a huge wind event that blew down lots of trees. Heads up the snowpack is still thin.
