After locking my keys in my truck I met my group back at the Cathedral Shoulder (2.5km) exit off the O’Hara road @1300. We went for a lap of Narao glades working up to 2000m from the ski track after Ross Lake turnoff. @2000m we still only probed 70cm of heavy wind affected snow. Rode down to road along gulley looking for open areas. Skiing was challenging with many hazards and willows poking out through the snowpack. Felt stable with no slabbing observed. Temperature was -3-0 throughout the day. I would save going here for later in the season after at least another dump.
