Weather

snow throughout tour, intense at times (guessing rate of 2-3" per hour). moderate winds with strong gusts that increased throughout day. temps began in 20s, dropped throughout day.

Snowpack

dug pit on sheltered 30 degree N aspect @ 9890 feet BTL. HS 250 cm. CTN and ECTX. additional loading on both test columns produced failures approximately 60 cm from surface. PST 80/100 (arr) down 60 cm.
