Midday was clear, light NW wind, -12C at treeline. Less wind than forecasted.

Multiple whumpfs both near & above treeline.

Avalanche

Saw a recent size 2 natural avalanche north of Uneva peak. East aspect above treeline. Though the crown height did not appear especially deep from afar, it did cross several terrain features and looked fairly large relative to the slope.
