S1 to S5 through the day. Storm total around 6" by mid afternoon.
Snowpack
Thin new slabs drifting onto easterly-facing slopes below ridgelines at all elevations.
Avalanche
Easy to push drifted snow into a small, soft avalanche. The couple I triggered and natural ones all broke around 8-12" deep and quickly tapered down to just a few inches thick. All broke above the storm snow interface, not stepping below crusts at this point.
