Heard loud woumph on supported slope in the main bowl north of the cabin. It was huge and travelled under every skiers skis in tbe group (4 of us spread apart 10 meter in between.) We also noticed few size 2 to 2.5 avalanches on east wind loaded slopes. We dug a pit on a west facing slope above the cabin. Hs 110 Cte1 down 20 sc (storm snow) Ctm 15 sc down 35 Cth 21 sc down 60 on facet and dec crust . We did aECT with no result We skied very conservatively .... The possibility for remotely triggered avalanche was real and potential for large avalanche where the snow is wind affected was also likely. Very strong SW wind in the alpine.
