Variable snowpack from the road up to Tunnel Ridge. Minimal snow coverage on the road up to the turnoff to the hut. After the road, the gully has limited snow coverage and is a heinous alder bash. Snowpack improves above the gully towards the hut and up to the ridge; however, many hazards lay just below the snow surface including logs and rocks. We took it slow and enjoyed some fresh turns in the treed section below Tunnel Ridge. Likely won't return until more snow accumulates.
