The start zones in the larger, west-facing slopes above Cameron Pass appear blown out and likely lack sufficient snow for avalanches to reach the roadway. Some smaller banks are blown out, while others hold plenty of snow. The mid-sized paths such as Middle and Upper Cameron Chutes hold sufficient snow to produce avalanches to the roadway.
