There was a solid freeze in this area on Monday night. Temperatures were a few degrees warming this morning, but moderate and gusty winds from the west and southwest kept things feeling cooler. Partly sunny skies in the morning gave way to increasing cloud cover and overcast skies by early afternoon to keep things fairry cool today, and any surface wetting to a minimum
