Weather

Very poor visibility. Snowing, calm winds.

Snowpack

We travelled on south and southwest-facing slopes between 10,400-11,400'. We felt soft muffled collapses on the not-quite-overloaded sun crusts. We found 40-45cm of snow above the recent surface crusts. These slopes had some scouring in the storm snow from yesterday. Easterly facing slopes held 60-80cm on the crusts.

Avalanche

I could barely make out the crown of one small slab avalanche on a small steep East facing slope. Good indicator feature, but just didn't get to see any big terrain.
