Few clouds, moderate SSW wind

Snowpack

Slab, weak layer, bed surface structure observed on N facing slope near treeline with DH / MFcr combo at the base of the snowpack overlain with a 1F slab. DH layer is thin (5cms) and weak. Moist snow even with moderate winds on sun exposed S facing slopes. Moderate wind wasn't moving a lot of snow with wind skin already present--where snow wasn't moist- on nearly all terrain observed. Snow looked and felt slabby-- N facing slopes especially. Ski pen generally 10 cms.
