Quick afternoon tour up to Metal Dome Summit. Significant low cloud cover kept us to descending the up track. Slab avalanches noted on E facing alpine slopes, up to size 1.5, depth ranging from 40-60cm. Bed surface was a hard wind pressed layer with mixed forms on surface, which we did not examine closely.
