Overcast, snowing S1- with moderate winds out of the SSW. 15:26 at the base of Montgomery Bowl near Montgomery Pass, just below treeline at 10,890' on a NNE (18 degree) aspect with a 28 degree slope.
Snowpack
About 85cm of snow over the bed surface. The top layer seemed consistent down to 54cm with F penetration near the top building to 4F around 50cm. Two clear crust layers at 54cm and 56cm which produced a Q1 fracture on CT 22. 15:26 at the base of Montgomery Bowl near Montgomery Pass, just below treeline at 10,890' on a NNE (18 degree) aspect with a 28 degree slope.
