Weather
There was no wind at sunrise, but during the day winds gradually increased. Blowing snow seemed to peak between 14:00 and 16:00. Winds stayed strong well above treeline all afternoon, but by late afternoon it seemed that all the available snow had been blown about. There was about 4†HN at 4th of July campground, and 6†above treelike.
Snowpack
No obvious signs of instability in new or old snow, but we were on generally southerly aspects.
