Avalanche
Avalanche was on NNE slope of McMillan Peak @ 12600 ft. D2. Storm slab or windloaded slab. **Unsure whether remote triggered or natural occuring at the same instance that we crested the ridge.** Shooting crack out around rim of bowl about 5 secs after hearing whumph underfoot from crest of NW side of bowl. We were about 500 feet away from slide. Avalanche ran to ground. Crown looked to be 3 ft at deepest and about 200 feet across.
