Snowing lightly upon arrival. Temperatures remained mild. Winds picked up throughout the day. Moderate SW winds with strong gusts at ridgetop. Fog moved in and obscured skies above 10,400ft.
Snowpack
HS 50-90cm below treeline 70-150 near treeline. Most undisturbed areas still have 10-30cm of facets at the ground with a somewhat supportive but unpredictable slab above it with low-density snow on top. My snow profile observations are in a deeper, wind-loaded area. It is not representative of the overall snowpack on Marble Peak.
