Clear, calm, cold day.

Snowpack

50-60cm of snow below treeline. There was no slab development yet in areas checked. You can feel a slight collapse under your feet, but no audible whumpfing or cracking on the surface. Test results were ECTN(12) and CTE(8)SC down 40 on 2-4mm facets.

Avalanche

Willoughby Ridge had a R2D2.5 out at 1200ft 24-48 hours old. The crown was about 1000ft below ridgetop and the debris was not visable. Mount Daily had debris in the bowl looked to be R2D2 but hard to see. Patrol reported that Willow Creek Headwall also pulled out naturally in the last 24-48hrs.
