Good overnight long wave refreeze in open areas. Dust layer on surface warming faster than area without. The wind slowed the warming surface snow skied well until 1pm.

Avalanche

NE 11,200’ Garfield near monarch pass area. Wet slab D1.5 on convex terrain feature. Surface had a dust layer which likely contributed to warming and water percolation.
