Weather

Sunny, warm, winds out of the W/NW around 10-15 near and above treeline.

Snowpack

Very weak freeze overnight. Even shaded northerly aspects were showing effects from sun/warm temps. On sun exposed N/NE aspects near & above treeline, the snow warmed up quicker than I anticipated.

Avalanche

I observed two small (D1/D 1.5) wet loose slides on steep easterly aspects. They likely occurred yesterday. Also observed what appeared to be small sections of cornice broken off, also on steep easterly aspects.
