Very prominent crust. Was only snowshoeing but it was very loud and crunchy to break through the crust. Soft powder below. I put snowshoes on at 1450m elevation once on the ridge as there was about 50cm-70cm of new snow from the last week. Camped overnight and temperatures were significantly warmer hiking out today, than in yesterday.
