Avalanche

Large: HS-N-R3-D3. The crown looked to be about 750-1,000’ across and 3-6+’ thick. It was hard to tell as we were about 1/2 mile away. The runout and debris were obscured by forest. It was not visible in the morning, but was present at 4pm. There were moderate to strong S winds from 11am -3pm.it ran well below the upper starting zone and was likely caused by snow being moved well down hill by the winds and deposited on the lower slopes.
